Our steel tree racks were designed by means of collaboration with a number of reputable plant nurseries. They consist of a stacking rack the same size as a Euro-pallet with four 2100 mm stanchions on top of it (other sizes available on request).
A mesh mat laid on top of the rack provides a firm surface for the root ball. The trunk of the tree is secured to the top of the stanchions and held in place in the middle using rubber ties.
The tree racks available from Steel Constructions form part of the logistical system which also includes our stacking racks, sign racks and stacking bases. So our tree racks can be used in conjunction with one of our other products. All our tree racks are stackable, making them easy to store. They can also be moved quite easily using a forklift truck or crane.
Tree racks from Steel Constructions are designed and produced in-house. The steel tree racks are hot-dip galvanised in accordance with NEN-EN 1461. If required, they can be finished with a duplex coating in your chosen RAL colour.
